Vegetarian Skillet Stuffed Shells: Delicious but took longer than stated since the mushrooms took like 20 min to get back to the dry state for me. I used plain tomato passata and it was delicious with the butter/garlic...just added more salt and spice. Also, don't use the weight for the shells since it off...should fill 15-18 big ones
