Frito Corn Salad - This looks great; some changes I may make: use miracle whip mixed with sour cream, add small can of green chilis, add onion, green and red peppers, add a little taco seasoning to miracle whip, add can of drained and rinsed black beans; by leaving out Fritos, you can serve this as a great dip.
